By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By consenting to NeuroHaul LLC's SMS marketing and notifications in our sign-up forms, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for orders, logistics updates, and operational coordination), marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified of such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Services in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NeuroHaul LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

In no event shall NeuroHaul LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

The carrier directory at neurohaul.com/carriers and neurohaul.com/trucking-companies ("NeuroHaul Intelligence") reproduces public records published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Transportation, together with descriptive fields that NeuroHaul derives from those records by the published rules at neurohaul.com/methodology. NeuroHaul is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation.

• Not a recommendation. A listing in the directory is a copy of a public registration record with its date. It is not a recommendation, ranking, rating, endorsement or assessment of any carrier by NeuroHaul, and it is not a statement that a carrier is authorized, insured or fit to operate on any given day. The authoritative record for any carrier is the one FMCSA serves on its SAFER system, which every profile links to.
• Not a consumer report. NeuroHaul Intelligence is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). You agree not to use the directory, in whole or in part, as a factor in determining eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose covered by the FCRA.
• Accuracy and currency. Records are reproduced as published by FMCSA on the date shown in each section. FMCSA records change, some source systems are updated on a lag or are no longer updated, and a value may be absent from a source without being absent in fact. NeuroHaul does not warrant that any record is complete, current or error-free, and you use the directory at your own risk.
• Permitted use. You may view the directory and link to its pages. You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download or otherwise systematically extract the directory's contents, resell or redistribute them as a dataset, use them to build a competing directory, or use them to contact registrants in violation of any applicable law, including telephone-consumer, anti-spam and do-not-call laws.
• Corrections and removal. Anyone may ask us to correct a value or withhold a profile through the form on each profile or at neurohaul.com/data-corrections. Correction requests change what NeuroHaul publishes; they do not change the FMCSA record.
• Derived fields. Fields labelled as derived (for example fleet class, operating model and relative fleet context) are computed by NeuroHaul from FMCSA records using deterministic rules published at neurohaul.com/methodology. They are descriptive summaries of the underlying record and carry no independent judgement about the carrier.

Section 5 (Limitation of Liability) applies to the directory in full. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroHaul LLC is not liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the directory.
