Cookie Policy

Last updated December 28, 2025

1. Introduction

NeuroHaul ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website (neurohaul.com) to enhance your user experience, analyze site traffic, and deliver relevant marketing solutions for the logistics and transportation industry. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and your choices regarding their use.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device and remember your preferences or actions over time.

3. How we use cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential Cookies: These are necessary for the website to function (e.g., submitting contact forms, navigating between pages). You cannot switch these off in our systems.
  • Analytics & Performance Cookies: These allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. We use tools like Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our content (e.g., which pages are most relevant to carriers and shippers).
  • Functionality Cookies: These enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your language preferences or your region.
  • Marketing & Targeting Cookies: We do not currently run advertising or retargeting cookies on this website. Google Analytics' advertising features — Google Signals and ad personalisation — are explicitly switched off in our configuration. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any such cookie is set.

4. Third-party cookies

In addition to our own cookies, we may also use various third-party cookies to report usage statistics of the Service, deliver advertisements on and through the Service, and so on. Trusted partners may include:

  • Google Analytics 4 — measures traffic sources and conversions. Advertising features are disabled, so it is used for measurement only.
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps, scroll depth and session replay, so we can see where pages confuse people. It runs in Strict masking mode: on-page text and anything you type is masked in your browser before it is sent.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on our public forms; may set a short-lived cookie while it verifies a submission is human.

Some of the tools we use set no cookies at all and are listed here for transparency rather than because they require consent: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (page performance), and Sentry (error monitoring).

You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. However, strictly necessary cookies are essential for the site's functionality.

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy
  • Firefox: Options > Privacy & Security

6. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
