Privacy Policy
Last updated January 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you interact with our services, including our website, tools, and AI systems tailored for logistics and trucking operations.
Summary of key points
- Personal Data We Collect: We collect information you provide to us, such as your name, email, phone number, company name, and communication preferences. We also collect usage data and cookies to enhance your experience.
- Use of Information: We use your information to deliver services, respond to inquiries, run marketing campaigns, improve our offerings, and comply with legal obligations.
- Third-Party Sharing: We may share your data with service providers, partners, or affiliates only as needed to deliver our services. However, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
- Your Rights: You can request to review, update, or delete your personal data at any time.
1. What information we collect
- Information You Provide: When you register, fill out a form, or contact us, we collect what you enter. On our service intake forms that is your name, email address and phone number, and — because we work with carriers — your company name, MC and DOT numbers, fleet size, equipment types, operating authority status and operating regions.
- Automatically Collected Data: We collect your IP address, browser type, device data and usage activity through cookies and analytics tools. Where you arrived from a campaign or advertisement, we also record the referring page and the campaign identifiers attached to the link, so we can tell which of our own marketing brought you here.
- Session Recordings: On our public marketing pages we record how the page was used — mouse movement, scrolling and clicks — so we can see where pages confuse people. This runs in a strict masking mode: on-page text and anything you type is masked in your browser before it is sent, so the recording shows the shape of the page and not its content. It does not run on the signed-in application.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain our services
- Personalize your experience
- Send updates and marketing emails (only with your consent)
- Improve our platform through analytics
- Meet legal requirements and prevent fraud
3. Sharing your information
We only share your data in the following circumstances:
- Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS messaging campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign.
- Affiliates: We may disclose Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. (This explicitly excludes SMS consent data).
- Legal & Business Transfers: We may share data to comply with legal obligations or during business transfers (e.g., mergers or acquisitions).
SMS Consent Exclusion: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in
- Measure traffic, performance and which pages lead to enquiries
- Understand how pages are used, through the masked session recordings described in section 1
- Protect our public forms from automated abuse
We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies on this website, and the advertising features of our analytics are switched off. Our Cookie Policy lists every third-party tool by name, including the ones that set no cookies at all.
You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings.
5. How you sign in
Accounts on the NeuroHaul application sign in with an email address — either a password you set, or a one-time link sent to that address. We do not offer sign-in through Google, Facebook or any other social network, so we never receive a social media profile from anyone.
6. International data transfers
Your data may be processed in locations outside your country, including the U.S. We ensure adequate protections are in place for international transfers.
7. Data retention
We keep your personal data as long as needed to fulfill purposes described here or comply with legal requirements. Data may be anonymized or deleted upon request or expiration.
8. Information from minors
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.
9. Your privacy rights
You may:
- Access and correct your data
- Withdraw consent
- Delete your information
- Request a copy of your data
