We hire ahead of the growth.
NeuroHaul runs four departments for carriers that cannot yet staff them — dispatch, freight marketing, fleet operations, and safety and compliance. The desks below are the work. When we grow, we grow here.
What this page is
This is not a list of open roles. It is what our desks actually do, so you can tell whether the work suits you before either of us spends time on it. We keep CVs on file and reach out when a desk opens — most of our hiring starts as a conversation months before there is a posting.
Four departments. One operating floor.
Every desk works the same carriers, on the same data. A recruiter's filled seat becomes the dispatcher's truck; the compliance desk's hold stops that truck before it rolls on an expired card. Nobody here works in isolation from the other three.
Dispatcher
Negotiate rates against live market data, plan lane density, and hold the line on detention. Measured on net revenue per mile for your carriers, not on loads moved.
Fits you if: You have worked a board and can argue a rate with a broker who does not want to hear it.
After-hours desk
The 24/7 half of the desk. Drivers do not stop at 5pm and neither do breakdowns, reroutes, or a broker who needs an answer before the load goes to someone else.
Fits you if: You are calm on the phone at 3am, and you write down what happened.
Back office
Rate confirmations, invoicing, factoring submission and detention claims — the work that decides whether a booked load actually becomes money.
Fits you if: You are the person who notices the paperwork is wrong before it costs anyone.
Compliance specialist
Applicant files start to finish — CDL and medical review, MVR and PSP, employment verification, FMCSA Clearinghouse, drug testing — then every driver's documents watched daily.
Fits you if: You are precise about dates, and comfortable telling dispatch a driver cannot run.
ELD support
Samsara support, driver document uploads, log certification, and the driver on the phone who cannot get the tablet to certify.
Fits you if: You can troubleshoot a device you cannot see, with someone who is already frustrated.
Claims
Accident and insurance claims, incident investigation, and keeping the documentation together while it is happening rather than reconstructing it afterwards.
Fits you if: You stay organised on the worst day of somebody else's week.
Driver recruiter
CDL pipelines from first touch to seated driver. Speed to lead is the whole game — a driver who applies at noon has three other offers by five.
Fits you if: You call back fast, and you do not oversell the truck.
Freight & B2B lead generation
Shipper, broker and 3PL outreach aimed by market signals rather than a bought list — FMCSA carrier data, hiring signals, lane intelligence.
Fits you if: You would rather research fifty right accounts than email five thousand wrong ones.
Operations analyst
Monthly reviews built on a carrier's own settlements: cost per mile, deadhead, detention recovery, factoring drag — and what to change first.
Fits you if: You can read a settlement statement and find the number the owner has not noticed.
US-staffed. Chicago-based.
The desk is real
Dispatch runs 24/7 and someone is always on it. That is a scheduling commitment rather than a marketing line — it is why the after-hours desk exists as its own role.
One data layer
Every desk works in the same system. You will see what the other three did on a carrier without asking anyone, which is the point of running them together.
We say what we do not do
The site tells carriers plainly which work we refuse — no authority filings, no power-only freight. Expect the same directness internally.
No opening listed is not a no.
Send a CV and tell us which desk interests you. If there is nothing open we will say so, and we keep it on file — most of our hiring starts as a conversation long before a posting exists.
